Our dedicated Training and Placement (TPO) Cell, led by experienced professionals, plays a key role in:

• Organizing on-campus interviews and recruitment drives

• Preparing students through aptitude training, mock interviews, and resume workshops

• Conducting seminars, industry expert talks, and value-added certification courses

• Arranging industrial visits and fostering industry-institute collaborations

 

            We also emphasize personality development and communication skills, ensuring our students emerge as confident, capable, and employable professionals. The value-added training programs at RIT help students gain exposure to both foundational and advanced technologies relevant to their disciplines.

            The current batch of budding engineers is highly motivated and trained in both core engineering principles and industry-relevant tools and practices.
